Director of Development and Communications

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development and Communications serves as a critical member of the Leadership Team and chief fundraiser. With 3 direct reports, they are responsible for meeting annual fundraising targets ($1.45M for FY23, with projected growth to $1.7M in FY24) through a Community Centric Fundraising-based plan. They will be an outward-facing member of the team and will actively interface with key stakeholders including Board members.
